On November 2, 2011, Scott Booth spoke and presented his paper:  The Impact of Matrimonial Property Division on Trust Interests to a group of over 100 estate planning lawyers at CLE BC’s Estate Planning Conference.

On October 1, 2011, Tyler Galbraith was appointed as a member to the Vancouver Island Construction Association Standards and Practices Committee.

Dinyar Marzban was one of four Canadian family lawyers featured in an article in the Globe and Mail on September 2, 2011 about the perceived increase in divorces initiated annually in September. To read the article.

Dinyar Marzban has been appointed Chair of the provincial branch of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is one of only two family lawyers in B.C. who have been admitted to the College.
