Jamie Wood was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2010. She primarily practices in the area of family law. Prior to pursuing a career in law, Ms. Wood earned a Master of Arts degree in Family Studies and instructed undergraduate courses on family and interpersonal relationships to university students.
Ms. Wood attended law school at the University of Victoria, where she received a number of awards in recognition of her academic achievements, including prizes for excellence in the areas of family law, trusts and estate planning, and administrative law. After graduating from law school, Ms. Wood served as a judicial law clerk for six justices of the British Columbia Supreme Court.

When Ms. Wood is not practicing law, she can be found enjoying the company of friends and family or working on her family’s cattle ranch.
