Samantha’s education and practical experience in the field of social work inspired her to pursue a career in Family Law and Sexual Assault Litigation. In her family law practice, Samantha has appeared in both Provincial and Supreme Court on behalf of her clients on a variety of issues including disputes pertaining to the division of assets, custody, child support and spousal support. Samantha has also successfully obtained significant damages awards for survivors of sexual assault and invasion of privacy.
Samantha was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2011 and focuses her practice on Family Law and Civil Sexual Assault. Before joining Jenkins Marzban Logan, Samantha practiced with a North Vancouver law firm.
