In June 2012, an article authored by Dinyar Marzban and Jamie Wood entitled, “Lifting the Corporate Veil: Income Determinations for Shareholders, Directors and Officers Under Section 18 of the Federal Child Support Guidelines” was published in Volume 31.1 of Canadian Family Law Quarterly. Dinyar and Jamie originally authored this article as a paper that Dinyar presented at the National Judicial Institute Conference in Toronto, Ontario in February 2012.
