The successful applicant:

will have a strong general litigation background;
has excellent written and oral advocacy skills;
has experience in drafting agreements and court pleadings;
is well organized and has exceptional communication skills;
is comfortable taking the lead on files, as well as working with others ;
stays current with developments in the law;
is a natural problem-solver;
has common sense, excellent business judgment, and a sense of humor.
