David was called to the bar in 2011 and joined Jenkins Marzban Logan LLP in 2014. Prior to joining Jenkins Marzban Logan, David clerked at the Supreme Court of British Columbia and worked as an associate in the litigation department of one of Canada’s leading national law firms. David’s litigation practice involves working in all areas of construction and contract disputes. David has acted for owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers in a wide variety of matters.

David has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, and has been involved in a number of trials, appeals, mediations and arbitrations. David has experience in a variety of areas, including builders liens cases, disputes arising from defective work, contract termination, delays, and insurance coverage.
David has been lead counsel in court cases between general contractors and subcontractors, and represented a financial institution in obtaining a judgment of over $500,000 against fraudulent suppliers.

When not at work, David enjoys a variety of sports, including golf, hockey, softball and squash. David also enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
