Eira Glover
Articling Student

Profile

Eira Glover obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of British Columbia in 2024, within which she completed the Indigenous cultural competency certificate program and participated in a field course in the re-emergence of W̱SÁNEĆ Law. During her degree, Eira was the recipient of the Jack Giles, Q.C. Award in Advocacy and the Barbara Bluman Memorial Prize in Dispute Resolution.

Eira is currently completing her full articling term with JML, specializing in Family Law, and anticipates being called to the bar in May 2025. Eira previously spent a summer articling at JML where she assisted with legal research, drafting, and client consultations; she had the opportunity to attend family law mediations, trial management conferences, and BC Supreme Court hearings.

Eira has a background in psychology and is particularly interested in approaching family law matters with a client focused, trauma-informed approach.

When not engaged with work, Eira can be found with her hands and her heart in the dirt, on the yoga mat, with community, or most thrillingly, discovering the wonders of the world alongside her toddler.
