Laz is an accomplished lawyer originally from Vancouver, with a significant part of his upbringing shaped by his time living in Florida. He pursued his academic endeavors at the University of Florida, where he earned his BA in Business Administration and Criminology before obtaining his law degree.

Commencing his career at a downtown firm, Laz has honed his expertise in civil litigation and family law over the years while appearing in both Supreme and Provincial Court. With an exclusive focus on family law, Laz adeptly navigates intricate legal landscapes, handling multifaceted issues such as property and debt division, as well as parenting and support matters.
