Jamie Wood Honoured

On December 4, 2012, Jamie Wood was honoured to attend the Court of Queen’s Bench for Saskatchewan Education Seminar in Moosejaw as a faculty member.  She presented “Lifting the Corporate Veil: Income Determinations for Shareholders, Directors and Officers Under Section 18 of the Federal Child Support Guidelines”, a paper that was originally authored by her and Dinyar Marzban for a National Judicial Institute Conference held in Toronto in February 2012 and subsequently published in Volume 31.1 of Canadian Family Law Quarterly.
