Vanessa Werden in Top 40 Under 40 in Canadian Construction
Vanessa is a construction lawyer, providing legal services to construction industry participants across Western Canada and the Northwest Territories. From family-owned contracting companies to construction managers, developers and national top-tier contractors, Vanessa provides contract advice and advocacy services on contracts, builders liens, mid and post-project disputes. Vanessa is regarded by many as a “force of nature”. She is a skillful and ardent advocate for her clients, to whom she provides direct, clear, honest and practical advice. She serves the legal and construction communities as President of Canadian Construction Women and Vice-Chair of the CBABC Construction Law Section.
